Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Elevated Media Group LLC (“PromptSaver,” “we”), which operates promptsaver.com. By using PromptSaver you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. Who can use PromptSaver

You must be at least 18 years old. If you use PromptSaver for a company, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms for it.

2. What PromptSaver does

PromptSaver rewrites prompts you paste in, estimates what they cost on different AI models, suggests models, and summarizes long chats. It uses third-party AI models to do this. Suggestions and estimates are informational: AI output can be wrong, token counts and prices are estimates based on each AI company's published list prices, and you decide what to send and to which AI.

3. Your account

Keep your sign-in email secure. You're responsible for what happens under your account. One person per free account.

4. Fair use and limits

  • Each plan has daily and monthly limits shown on the pricing page. We may adjust free limits at any time.
  • Don't use bots, scripts or multiple accounts to get around limits, and don't resell access.
  • Don't submit content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, or that you aren't allowed to share.
  • Don't try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Paid plans, renewal and cancellation

  • Pro renews automatically each month or year until you cancel. Introductory prices (such as $1 for the first month) apply once per person and then renew at the regular price shown at checkout.
  • Founding-member prices are locked for 24 months from the start date, then renew at the regular Pro price. We'll email you before that change.
  • You can cancel anytime from your account page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
  • If we change a plan's price, we'll email you at least 7 days before it takes effect, and it applies from your next billing period. You can cancel before then.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as the reseller and merchant of record for your purchase and handles sales tax and VAT. Refunds are covered in our refund policy.

6. Your content

You own what you paste in and what we give back to you. You let us process it only to provide the service. We don't store your prompt text (see our Privacy Policy).

7. Third-party AI services

PromptSaver is independent and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI, Anthropic or Google. Your use of ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or other AI tools is governed by their own terms. Model names are trademarks of their owners.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't guarantee any specific savings, answer quality or uptime.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Elevated Media Group LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes and ending

We may update these terms; we'll email account holders about material changes before they take effect. You can stop using PromptSaver and delete your account at any time by emailing us.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
