Refund and cancellation policy

Cancel from your account page in two clicks. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Refunds
- If you were charged by mistake, or charged after you canceled, email us and we'll refund it in full.
- Otherwise, we don't give partial refunds for unused time, except where the law requires it.
Purchases are processed by Stripe as the reseller and merchant of record. In some cases Stripe may also issue refunds directly, for example to resolve a dispute. Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually arrive in 5 to 10 business days.
