Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Elevated Media Group LLC (“PromptSaver”) collects when you use promptsaver.com, why, and the choices you have. The short version: we don't store your prompts, we don't sell your data, and we don't use advertising trackers.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address, and your answers to the optional sign-up survey.
- Usage counts: how many optimizations you run each day, and for each one the estimated tokens before and after, the task level, the model you picked and the model we suggested, and estimated costs. We use these for your limits and your savings history.
- Limit and abuse protection: a random device ID stored in a cookie, and a one-way hash of your IP address (we don't keep the IP itself).
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We receive your subscription status and billing period, not your card number.
Your prompts
When you optimize, check or summarize, the text you paste is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, only to produce the result, and is then discarded by PromptSaver. We don't save prompt text, rewrites or summaries on our servers. Anthropic processes this data under its commercial terms and privacy policy.
Who we share data with
Only the service providers that run PromptSaver:
- Anthropic (AI processing)
- Supabase (accounts and database)
- Vercel (website hosting)
- Stripe (payments, tax, fraud prevention)
- Cloudflare (bot checks)
We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't share it for advertising.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to apply daily limits. No ad or analytics trackers.
How long we keep data
Account details and savings history are kept while your account is open. Daily limit counters are deleted after about 40 days. If you delete your account, we delete your profile and history within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or tax reasons.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data at any time by emailing support@promptsaver.com. California residents have these rights under the CCPA, and people in the EU and UK under the GDPR. We'll respond within 30 days and won't treat you differently for asking.
Age
PromptSaver is for people 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone younger.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to the services above, and payment details never touch our servers.
Changes
We'll post changes here and email account holders about material ones.
